I stop by the bank drive through every morning for work purposes. I have never had more pleasant experiences at a bank. I know I am a regular there but the friendliness that the women show is unmatched. 10/10.

I stopped in, planning on opening a checking account and getting a credit card. It seemed it should take no more than 15 minutes but the woman setting it up kept asking questions about my assets and investments, part of my "profile". I've got nothing to hide so I provided the information. I like to use online banking, so after it was set up she showed me the online screen of my account. It said my balance was -.01. I told her their software had a bug, which it obviously did. I'm a retired data processing professional. If I had anything to do with developing that software I'd be extremely embarrassed. She thought it was no big deal. Would their faulty software decide my account was overdrawn? I don't know. So then I tried to log on, and their software went in a loop, asking for my password, asking a security question, then going back to asking for my password. After 3 loops I told her about it, and she had me show her which I did. She said that State Street was an internet "dead zone", and I told her I have no problem with other sites.
Then she told me I wasn't "being nice"! So I left. Some people may like this bank, but it's not for me.

The problems I have with this particular branch have been resolved by another branch of Keybank. Will never step foot in this branch again.

Frustrating telephone service from the Alliance Ohio branch. I've left 2 messages to be called back; I'm told there is only 1 representative that can answer a simple question about a Key Express Account. I called the Salem Ohio branch and my question was answered in less than 1 minute. Thank you, Salem.
