- MWMichael WilsonApr 13, 20221.0The lady at the window began servicing me, then left me waiting while she attended to another customer inside the bank for 5 minutes, with no mention of what was taking place. If I was there first, how did I get serviced last. Then, they asked for my SSI #, which they never did. The service was horrible. I recommend using the Cuyahoga Falls branch.

This is bad on both ends. Those of you who drive through and decide to leave receipts, empty cups, tissues whatever it is. Grow up. Key you should know ppl are gonna be irresponsible dirt bags, so someone should be cleaning the area up.
