I have not yet been to the Ellet Branch but I have had my accounts with Key Bank Tallmadge Circle for over 15+ years & NEVER have had any issues or bad experiences. All of the employees are always very nice & helpful. Bank Teller Sue/Susan is my absolute favorite, she is very kind, helpful & always able to provide assistance /info with any questions or concerns I may have. I actually switched all of my accounts from 5/3rd Bank over to Key Bank due to the great service & more convenient & better options for my Banking needs.
