I have no complaints about this branch or the team. I have been going there for many years, including when they were First Niagara. Yasmin and Rafael are exceptional. They are both professional and courteous. The bank tellers are friendly and helpful. I gave it 4 stars because I did have issues with the customer service on the phone and had to go to the branch to get it resolved. As always, they took care of it.

We are very concerned that a recent deposit was credited to an account that is not ours. When Key Bank took over from First Niagara, with whom we had no difficulty at all, the problems began - first with the fact that only one person can have online access to the account with paying an additional $10/month. We are a not-for-profit organization and spending an extra $10 per month for a service we think should be free of charge is not in our budget. So then, during a recent Board meeting, when the Treasurer reviewed the past month's activity and could not find a deposit that had been received by the bank and a receipt issued, we had to determine why. Subsequently we discovered that although the deposit slip was very clear with the account number on it, the actual deposit, both cash and checks, we deposited by the teller into an account that is not ours. This means that every time we make a deposit, we will have to check the deposit slip immediately. Unfortunately this also means that Key Bank has lost some credibility in how it operates.
