David, the manager, went above and beyond to listen to my mom and make her feel heard. After everything she was going through, he also gave her flowers for her bday, which made her day even more so! Thank you all!!

- MMM MSep 3, 20251.0David Castro should be fired from his management job I made an appointment online for service and when I’m on my way driving their they call me saying the cancelled my appointment and then when show that I’m not happy about it David called me a started to the wrong me to close my account and tells me that he leaves at five I don’t understand how a bank manager can talk to customers like that known that I been a customer for more than five years literally all my life and that’s how I get treated like I’m dealing with thugs in the street anyways actions should be made I’m sure I’m not the only one saying that

I feel awful, but I needed to make a small deposit with the ATM and couldn’t cause it was locked up and he was asleep on the floor. I woulda left him alone if I could just use the ATM 😐 I don’t drive, so now I have to do another Uber stop before work to try again today. Please find resources for this man so he can leave the bank 😭
