- BVB VDec 2, 20252.0I have been a Wells Fargo customer for the past 17 years, but my recent experiences at the Hopewell Junction branch have been extremely disappointing. Over the last four visits, I went in simply to have a document notarized—something that should be a basic service. Each time I was given a different excuse: “We don’t have a notary today,” “The notary is on lunch,” or some variation of the same message. Last week, I had an important document that needed to be notarized, and once again I was turned away. This afternoon, I returned hoping for better luck, only to be told by the teller that I now needed to make an appointment. I was so frustrated that I even told her I was sorry I still kept my account with Wells Fargo. As I was walking out, another staff member who had previously turned me away asked what the issue was. When I explained, she again responded that they didn’t have a notary available. At that moment, Antoinette, who was sitting in one of the offices, overheard our conversation and asked to see my document. She kindly notarized it on the spot. Ironically, she was the same person I saw in her office last week when I was told no notary was available at all. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. After 17 years with Wells Fargo, I am seriously considering closing my account and moving to a bank that values its customers and provides consistent service.

David, the manager, went above and beyond to listen to my mom and make her feel heard. After everything she was going through, he also gave her flowers for her bday, which made her day even more so! - MMM MSep 3, 20251.0David Castro should be fired from his management job I made an appointment online for service and when I’m on my way driving their they call me saying the cancelled my appointment and then when show that I’m not happy about it David called me a started to the wrong me to close my account and tells me that he leaves at five I don’t understand how a bank manager can talk to customers like that known that I been a customer for more than five years literally all my life and that’s how I get treated like I’m dealing with thugs in the street anyways actions should be made I’m sure I’m not the only one saying that
