- JSJaspreet SinghMar 24, 20231.0Very incompetent branch. It is always closed on Saturdays and during the weekdays, you need an appointment to speak with a banker. If this this is the case, then when is a customer supposed to show up? The main reason for speaking with the banker was to terminate my safe deposit box and checkings account with Wells Fargo for the very reasons mentioned above. They even failed on that. How is this serving the needs of customers? I will definitely be taking my services to Chase who are able to better serve their customers.
- KWkenny WelshMay 27, 20175.0I recently closed with Wells Fargo on a VA refinance. Loan officer Anna Simolacaj promised a smooth and painless process. She kept her promise. Dealing with the VA is difficult to say the least, but, she took it all in stride. The "Loan Tracker" process enabled documents to be sent electronically and made the process easier. My mother passed away during the process and Anna went above and beyond professional to help me through these difficult times. Thank you, Anna!
