The lack of transparency and poor customer service has caused me significant frustration. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

I was bringing in a cash settlement.Check that I already had endorsed and wrote something else on it as well, and was going to cash at my bank, so the teller named Wanda put a line through where I endorsed it and just told me to initial and that was it. No issues whatsoever. I had such a pleasant experience with Wanda. She was so nice, friendly and professional and the customer service was excellent and the branch looks so beautiful. I recommend going to this branch.If you want to be treated like a person and with class, and it's so clean, you could literally eat off the floor Cheers mate

Forgets to ask how you want your money back, the only reason I'm still with Wells Fargo is because I can walk to the bank if my car breaks down. You need to do something about this bank, it's terrible!!
