- EJElizabeth JohnNov 14, 20245.0A huge Thank you to this branch and the manager at this branch, I think his name is Shoby. I opened a savings account at this location however needed to get a check while I was in NJ. The NJ branch somehow gave me checks for a savings account which I didn’t notice shouldn’t have happened. I got a call from this branch shortly after to alert me that a savings account does not allow for checks and to destroy any checks that were provided to me. He informed me of what my other options were and quickly gave me a resolution without having to worry about any fees for bounced checks. I appreciate the attention to each account from this branch!
