- JJJasonNov 16, 20255.0Opened up an account with a rep. His name I think was Ziko, I had issues with TD bank and saw offers in Citi Bank. Im happy that I received a well detailed layout of the offers in the bank, will refer my friends to this place and ask for Ziko for a smooth transaction.

At night, the ATM area often becomes a warm, cozy spot for homeless individuals to stay, which can make it uncomfortable for customers trying to access the machines. During the day, the experience isn’t much better — despite having plenty of staff, the service is extremely slow. There are often more employees than customers, yet no one seems available to help. Expect long waits and a lot of frustration just to get simple banking tasks done.

No me agradó para nada la atención que recibí hoy a las 9:21 am de parte de una persona en ventanilla, porque lo hizo de una forma un poco desagradable. Tal vez actuó así, porque era la única que estaba atendiendo y habían varios clientes, lo cual obviamente no era mi culpa. Siempre acudo a esta agencia porque me parece excelente el servicio, especialmente por parte de una Srta de nombre Zoraima. Lamentablemente hoy, en ventanilla, no fue así.
