- DRDavid RAug 21, 20251.0Went to this bank branch on August 19, 2025 to deposit money into my son's account who is a Veteran that lives out of state. The person who greated me told me that I couldn't deposit money into his account. When I showed him my enhanced drivers license as identification I was told that anyone can get one of those for $50 anywhere. The greeter was very BIAS and profiled me. I was asked to leave and I left. THE WORST PART IS THAT I HAVE MY MORTGAGE WITH WELLS FARGO. I will make sure that as soon as my mortgage is paid off I will never do business with Wells Fargo ever again. Thinking of refinancing with another bank now.No one should be treated like that. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK !!!! I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN HEED TO THE ALL THE BAD POST ABOUT THIS BRANCH.

I tried getting a credit card only for the employees to tell me to apply online, i cant deposit money in the ATMS, literally better off going to the other bank near this one as it’s functioning pretty well. Not sure why two banks are so close and yet this one does not function properly like the other one. 😭😭😭

Its a new location, beautiful branch and great staff. I wish more banks treats people like this. Highly recommend. We will be bringing over our business here. They also have good promotions. We wish great success to the whole Wells Fargo team there.
