I don’t tend to write reviews. But this location and the manager of the employees need to be reviewed. Incredibly unhelpful and hostile individuals. Today’s event started with an employee who was in casual attire and not wearing a name tag, whom refused to assist me & pushed me onto Nancy. Who must have either had a bad morning or went off the toxic words of her colleague whom upon my last interaction and withdrawing a couple thousand dollars didn’t greet me and I asked her why? She said she doesn’t have to greet people, that’s not part of her job description. (Strong racist tones with this one) Well since I got bumped to Nancy and they wasted my time discussing to themselves why, I asked Nancy what’s her name? She said that’s confidential & I can ask her, then I said but you’re supposed to have a name tag, yours is right there. I asked Nancy for the managers information and she too said she can refuse. Well after walking over to the first teller and talking a little loud (she couldn’t give me her name as she was now with a customer) I was given the managers information. Thankfully it’s a bank and everything is recorded heavily. Will escalate this as far as I can, and obviously based on the reviews here. Someone’s not doing there job
Card they gave me, customer service isn’t an available phone line anymore and Gwen whom I recognize by voice ironically answered (teller #1)
Then gave me a number to the Levittown branch. Funny stuff
Honestly it’s quite sad what occurred. I had to deal with a horrible teller Glenn Gwen or however you spell it, she was rude, couldn’t introduce herself and couldn’t wear a name tag any of the multiple times I visited. (To withdraw money) And I get punished. (They closed my accounts for complaining) (29 years of banking together) But oh well I’ll move to wf get more on savings and .5 more on credit. I guess I win in the end since she’s still a teller. Good luck in life and thank you for being a toxic individual. Will follow up with a lawyer shortly 🙏

Today, I saw a beautiful and kind-hearted teller named Zakiya. She greeted me by saying, “Good morning.” She was my teller at another branch in Carle Place, NY. She told me she was there because that branch needed help. Before I left, I told her “Have a nice weekend” and then she responded by saying, “You too.”

There was a very disrespectful bank teller, I wish I had got her name but she has pin straight red highlighted hair, tan skin, slight accent, such a rude tone and dismissed my request even though everything was legit and correct including account , my mom signed off, and gave her all correct information but she said no and gave me a despicable look, we are human beings who work , they way she made me feel, I felt like so bad. Poor customer service, never again
