- RMRon MexicoDec 31, 20221.0THE WORST BRANCH EVER ALWAYS SLOW, Tellers too busy to help walk in customers even when no line.I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN, Last issue tried to cash & deposit my payroll check that is from a Key Bank account being deposited into a Keybank checking account. NEVER had problem with any other branch. Teller ran check through machine than looked like she just seen a ghost or something on the screen.Just looked & acted confused made me slide card multiple times! When I asked if there was something wrong, she didn't answer just looked flustered and passed the check & me to the next Teller who had no issues.Very Frustrating when you're just trying to cash your check on pay day.
