I was in line and not even at the teller desk and Teller was rude, so I simply left without even making my transaction . I will drive out of my way to never go to this branch again!

We have developed a great relationship with this bank (ask for Don, he's the best), and they've been nothing but kind, patient, informative, understanding and helpful. Don't go anywhere else.
