- KDk dMay 18, 20201.0Terrible service. Try cashing a check from a relative. Was told relative signature was not in this branch. That I had to go 3 miles to relative branch to cash check. I asked teller to call the branch to approve signature and she would not do it! So, we can put a man on the moon. And send email in seconds, but a signature could not be collected from one branch to the next.? Stay away, do not enter!

After a month of waiting for a resolution I went to another representative at the branch and he handled it better and I received my credit within a few days. After being at this branch for several years with Astoria Federal, now with Sterling I'm considering closing all my accounts and going next door to Chase
