- AAAlexandraDec 20, 20251.0My father went to this bank today and they refused to assist him because no one spoke Spanish. They told him to go somewhere else. Never coming again they have ways to assist translators because iv seen it. Unprofessional horrible.
- TPTP PARKNov 22, 20251.0There was a female bank teller who refused my request. I knew it was possible because I had done it before. I explained this to her, but she kept saying no. Another bank teller came over and helped me. Interestingly, that teller didn’t even know it was possible or that TD provides that service to customers. However, she didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. She was very inexperienced and rude.
