- TPTP PARK1 day ago1.0There was a female bank teller who refused my request. I knew it was possible because I had done it before. I explained this to her, but she kept saying no. Another bank teller came over and helped me. Interestingly, that teller didn’t even know it was possible or that TD provides that service to customers. However, she didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. She was very inexperienced and rude.

I spent 20 minutes waiting for my turn until I decided to leave without doing my banking. Out of 3 tellers 2 were balancing out their registers and there were about 10 people on line. When I called to report my debit card stolen, she was incredibly professional, compassionate, and efficient. She quickly understood the situation, canceled my stolen card immediately, and arranged for a new one to be mailed to my house without any delay. Navean made a stressful situation much easier with her friendly attitude and prompt assistance. I truly appreciate her help and dedication. Highly recommend her and the bank for their outstanding customer service!
