  hit or miss service. If you get David, you shouldn’t have any problems. If you get Ronda…..I hope you’ve brought all of your patience. she’s kinda rude and usually has a poor attitude. good luck!

  This is the worst Wells Fargo branch ever. Please avoid going there. Go to Chase. I went to this location to set up a business account with a bonus offer Wells Fargo sent me in the mail. I brought all my relevant business documents for a legitimate business. The lady took my documents and said they needed additional approvals. After a week I check back in and then was told that the employee that was helping me went on leave and is not coming back for months. Now the new person helping me (with a bad attitude) tells me she does not have my bonus offer and has never heard of this. Mind you an easy Google search has the offer. She also tells me she will follow up. A week later I go back and interact with Rhonda who also is not very pleasant. She calls me back to set up the account but tells me there is no such bonus offer. She seems like the manager but does not even know what the bank has to offer and on top of that is not very pleasant. I can not believe this is a billion dollar bank. Just go to BOFA or Chase.

  Terrible service, the women are very rude, unpleasant, when I try to open an account with them, they are rude to me and act stupid and can do it online! Terrible service, you are losing clients by hiring mean people!!!

  I have walked into this location 3 times trying to speak to a human. This time I had an appointment scheduled. The DMV in white plains has friendlier and more helpful people (and significantly more foot traffic). The individual bankers (not tellers) are incredibly unfriendly and very uninterested in doing business. I'm 20 years Wells Fargo customer. Just walked into Chase 2 blocks away and they immediately got to work on my ask. Avoid this location. Do not reach out asking me to email my concerns - these a 10 years history of bad reviews.

  I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 15 years. I was pleased to know they have a Notary as I had a Form from the White Plains Building Department that needed to be notarized. I met with Rhonda who first told me I was not the one who needed to sign it was the other name on the Document. I walked in the heat to bring back the Architect to then have Rhonda tells us she would now not notarize the form. Her lack of understanding was concerning and demeaner unprofessional. A Notary's job is to verify identity and witness a signature, not to send us to another Notary or become confused by a simple document's format. This person was clearly not qualified for the job. Do not go here if you need a competent and professional notary. It was a complete waste of my time.
