- JVJayden VelezAug 14, 20251.0I'm parked at the customer's parking lot and one of the female worker get very close to my vehicle then looks at me as if I'm in the wrong because she's late to work now mind you that there's plenty of space everywhere in the parking lot so why act like you're entitled to the space? She's a black female worker at this branch and when I decided to move my vehicle she stared at me with a attitude. I will never ever come back to this branch and I have been to plenty of TD BANKS and this one is the only one who I felt like I'm not. Wanted as a costumer. I wish I can give this place a zero star.

However, I can't say the same for the 'financial advisors' and employees at the side desks. When opening a retirement account, the employees were condescending and gave terrible financial advice. Since my retirement account was 'not wealthy enough' for them, they told me to just pull all of my retirement funds out. UNTIL they noticed my other accounts and saw I was using my money for other ventures. All of a sudden they were like snakes eager to give financial advice, give me loans, and a line of credit. They mentioned my money was not safe in a TD account and that someone could easily take my funds. I have not had any issues with TD Bank aside from this, but best bet I will move larger sums to a different bank after their representitives were more than willing to bad mouth the bank itself.
