- MRmia ruiz3 days ago1.0I had a very frustrating experience at this KeyBank location. I come here two times a week and received the same treatment every single time. The staff was extremely slow and disorganized. I give them deposits, was told to sit down and wait, and then completely ignored while other customers who arrived after me were helped first. Overhearing both employees saying im standing there rushing them. No one checked back in or communicated what was going on. On top of that, the overall attitude was rude and dismissive, which made the experience even worse. Customer service should be efficient and respectful, and unfortunately this location was neither. I would not recommend this branch based on my experiences.
