  The tellers get 5 stars. They're lovely, helpful and efficient, despite usually being understaffed. The service/platform segment leaves much to be desired. Right now I'm one of 4 people waiting for even an acknowledgment. 2 service people have been in one office studying a screen in earnest conversation for the 10 min I've been here. One guy just emerged from safe deposit. Another woman is untangling something complicated with another customer. This is my 3rd trip to the branch to straighten out something with a safe deposit sign in issue. Both prior times I was told at the branch its a corporate thing, was given an 888 number. Both times this 888 number bounced it back to the branch. Not at all helpful in the way you'd expect a bank of this size to be.

  I would like to give this more stars because of 1 particular person who helped me out today. I was there 3 days ago requesting copies of my checks, at first they told me the system was down and to call customer services. Customer service then told me i would receive copies of my checks within 24/48 hours. I went back to Citibank and told them i have not received anything yet and that i needed them urgently. My husband and I have been a client for over 15 years. The teller at the front (Ximena) was so kind and helpful. She helped me out right away, and did the best she could to get what I requested for. I over heard her manager asking who was printing so much paper out and why was she doing that?? .. i am was so disgusted by the way she was talking to her, and why in the world am I not able to get copies of my checks at a citibank branch!? After all i am the client there for many many years right? And is this "manager" paying for the paper? Thank you Ximena for helping me out today even though your manager was nasty to you. Truly appreciate your kindness. :)

  Citibank directors have made a HUGE mistake appointing a new manager in this store. She is not only unprofessional but very rude to clients and other staff members. I’ve always had excellent service when coming into this location for the last 5 years. Staff at this branch are always friendly and helpful, but ever since my encounter with the manager I’ll be looking for another bank.

  I will give less than 1 star. Totally unreliable staff. I had called 25 times and left 5 voice messages eacht o two account manager in branch and never able to reach. Their names arde Stephani C & Maribel C. Both representative is not responding. When call branch at anytime, phone transfer to main number and they even tried to call internal number with no luck. Eventually phone get disconnected . This is known issue with this bank. they love to disconnect customer phones. Please stay out of this bank. Worst nightmare.
