  This is a great bank and branch to deal with. I'm very happy with all the people there and especially Norma who is extra helpful. Highly recommend!!!!!

  Honestly I don’t do reviews unless my experience was extremely good or very much so bad… today was my first day using this branch of Dime, I wasn’t at all phased by the ATM machine being out of order for the past week as a posted note on top of it stated but when I went up to the drive through I was completely made fun of, at first it was fine that I made a deposit, I placed in one $100, four $5s, and fourteen singles to come out to $134, then I had to make a withdrawal of $40 and she laughed in my face as if I didn’t know what I was doing, she said in an impatient manner, “why didn’t you just keep your money?” and after I explained that I needed two twenties for a tip for a cleaner she still had an attitude with me… I couldn’t make a full $40 out of what I deposited, I don’t understand why she had to make me feel like I was an idiot for just doing things how I wanted them to be done, it doesn’t matter if it seemed impractical to her, I am a customer and my request wasn’t that big… she ended up proceeding to give me one $20 bill and two $10 bills, when I asked for two $20s… that was the last button to press that pushed me to make this review… out of the whole bank she really couldn’t give me two $20s? I felt absolutely disrespected. Maybe it was because she was a much older lady and I am in my 20s she thinks less of me but I just don’t think my treatment was fair. I’ve never had this experience at any other Dime bank and I’ve been working with them for over a decade when I opened my first bank account with Bridgehampton National Bank.
