The worst. I opened a CD with them about a year ago, which because they’re also a credit union requires opening a share savings account. Apparently they deactivated both accounts since there was “no activity” - though It’s a CD, you can’t touch it until maturity, so not sure what relevance that has. All I wanted was to disburse the matured CD to the savings account. Despite providing about 5 pieces of identifying information both logged into the app and by phone, they decided they needed me to upload a hand written letter and copy of my photo id because they didn’t have it on file. If they needed it why didn’t they ask for it when the accounts were opened? I have an over 800 credit score and accounts at multiple financial institutions and have never run into this level of incompetence. My suspicion is that they’re trying to hang onto fleeing deposits. Give me my money and you’ll never have to deal with me again.

I like Jovia for the most part. But, I added my wife as an authorized user, WOW, it took forever !!! Lady asked me 100 questions. I’m surprised she didn’t want my blood type !!! I have no problem with my card or its use, but don’t try to add another user !!!
