    Walking into Flagstar, I wasn’t in the best mood, but the consultant working with us, Wendy-Ann, completely changed that around. She didn’t even know me personally, yet she remembered my grandmother and that small connection set the tone for everything. From there, she showed patience like no other, kindness that felt genuine, and knowledge that was clear and helpful. She laughed with us, took the time to explain everything, and before I knew it, we weren’t just handling banking needs we were enjoying the experience. It felt more like sitting with family than sitting across from a banker. Her customer service wasn’t just above and beyond, it was on another level.     Waited a long time to be called and you are telling them what you are there for and they look at you like they don’t know what they doing they question all your personal reasons for changing ur names further more I had to tell Carmen Machado to order me new debit cards cards because she did not understand that by me changing my last name I was going to need new cards lmao what a jock
