- ADAmber DeLongOct 16, 20201.0Misinformation amongst staff, you will get a different answer from them all. I was told I needed $500 in deposits to not receive a monthly maintenance charge, I was charged it and refunded it. Another staff said I should have been charged because I need $1000 in deposits monthly. Then I receive overdraft charges due to a federal holiday, was told I would be refunded several times and today they tell me I’ve exceeded my refund allowance for a 12 month calendar. We’re in a pandemic and financially unstable as it is and this bank does not care that they took a huge percentage of my deposit for this overdraft. Go elsewhere!!!!
