- JGJessy GApr 8, 20251.0We opened a bank account that has rewards for $300 if you have direct deposit from your job and after having it open for 60 days. Well, we opened it in January and now they are giving us a hard time about getting the $300 rewards. Horrible experience so far. I hope they do the right thing. Definitely have lost faith in banks.

I was told I needed $500 in deposits to not receive a monthly maintenance charge, I was charged it and refunded it. Another staff said I should have been charged because I need $1000 in deposits monthly. Then I receive overdraft charges due to a federal holiday, was told I would be refunded several times and today they tell me I’ve exceeded my refund allowance for a 12 month calendar. We’re in a pandemic and financially unstable as it is and this bank does not care that they took a huge percentage of my deposit for this overdraft. Go elsewhere!!!!
