- MMMartha MillettOct 27, 20251.0two of us have tried to contact AmeriCu by phone, two to three timse now, as we need to speak with someone at the branch office. NOBODY answered even after a 20 minute+ wait. the CONTACT on the webpage, said 'connecting with an agent' that never happened. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... might consider removing accounts, as I need a financial institution that is reliable and available for my specific needs. shame on AMERICU... this is inexcusable, while wanting us to utilize your business... we are being 'used'... and not appreciated with any service! WHY would I not go elsewhere... at least where a customer is more than a # or ... well, less as AmeriCu sees us!

He ask me if I would like to come in his office and he could help me,he took the time to listen to all my questions and concerns about the investments I wanted to make .I found him to be very informative and things he wasn't sure of he found the answers for me right then and there witch left me feeling comfortable with going through americu with all my banking needs.so if your looking for someone to help you with all your banking needs and answer all your questions and concerns don't hesitate so visit this guy at americu and thank you for the great service
