- MJMargarita De JesusJun 22, 20231.0June 1st a company took money out of my account after I canceled services. I explained to key bank what happened, they did not give me provisional credit. Company sent me a different amount to a check I deposited that check to chase but wanted to deposit to key bank. So I did both via mobile and called chase to rescind the deposit. I was told that it’s in a pending status and cannot do that. Then I called key bank to explain this to them and they informed me of the same thing. I called to branch to let them know what is going on and they accused me of fraud. My direct deposit went in key bank and they are not allowing anything to come in or out but they are actually allowing to let things come out. I live in South Carolina and cannot personally go to the bank because the closest key bank is 500 miles away! I was told by a branch employee that the branch manager is not aware of what has been going on. I DONOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK.
