- EAElena AntonetsMay 13, 20201.0I would like to share my disappointing experience with KeyBank located on 1555 Route 9 Wappingers Falls. On March 25th I had closed my deposit account. I was informed that I will receive my deposit shortly. After month of waiting I scheduled an appointment for three times. Each of my visits I was refused to be supported by bank personnel. Excuses were that person with whom I have my appointment is not present. In total I had schedule seven appointments during last 2.5 months. On my last visits I faced unprofessional behavior from Zuzana Cepko. She was trying to hide from me. She made a lot of mistakes with documents and had show zero respect to the bank client. Think twice before became a client in this bank. You'll spend a lot of your time to figure out where the mistake was made.
