Terrible customer service. Every time I go here I wait in line several minutes, there are always several customers in line and the tellers seem to be taking their time and unaware of the line. I have spent the past 4 weeks trying to establish a trust account and their communication is terrible, they told me it would be a few days and it has been 4 weeks. They don't answer the phone, don't return my calls, and when I am able to talk to them, tell me they have no way of checking on the status of my account. Save yourself an exercise in frustration and futility and take your business elsewhere.

Had a problem discussed it with the branch manager. Never received a return call. Called four more times in 10 days left messages was assured I would receive a call. Still never received a call to this day. I finally resolved the problem myself. Total lack of respect for a lifelong personal and business key Bank customer.

I've had an eight month horror story trying to get the bank to credit back Maintenance fee charges that were charged in error. I started the process around one year ago when I was charged twice for "maintenance fees" and was told I had to consolidate my accounts to prevent future charges. That day I worked with the Branch Manager, John, and filled out paperwork to consolidate my three accounts into one. Two months after my visit everything was corrected and I was happy until the charges began again for "maintenance fees". For the last five weeks I have been making weekly visits to rectify this error and have been working with Heather Murphy who would tell me each week that this would "take time". We were able to confirm that over $18 of charges were at the fault of the bank and not me and she told me that John would have to approve the reimbursement before the funds were given back to me. We spoke on the phone Thursday evening and I let her know I would be in Friday, March 17, to make sure error was corrected. I asked her when a slow time for her was so I could speak to her she told me as long as I didn't mind waiting she would see me. On Friday I went in and sat in the lobby to wait for Heather. After around 10 minutes her customer at her desk left. She came out in the lobby and told me I needed an appointment to see her, even though their were no customers in the bank. I was frustrated because she told me that I would be able to meet with her only the evening before and did not mention needing an appointment. I understand that this is a matter of about $25 but I have gone out of my way to correct this when it should have been corrected months ago. With that being said, I would not recommend anyone being a customer of this branch. Robin Hull-Pease
