Consumer Service at that Branch is so horrible, I believe the Branch should be shut down or have a complete overhaul & training need to be done. First it needs to start at the head !! The Branch Manager Mr Julian Huertas is a very nasty, unpleasant, cocky and horrible. He has no humility or compassion in him. He speaks to to customers in such a horrible manner, I was so speechless when I was told he was the Manager. !!!
