  I had an amazing experience with Americu North Utica. Jeana Manolescu was not just friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. She went above and beyond to ensure that my questions and concerns were answered before I made my decision. She made the entire process smooth and stess-free. I definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking into vehicle financing.

  Over the past couple years, Jeana Manolescu has helped us with many complicated financial matters involving investments, IRAs, CDs, and establishing new accounts for our Living Trust. Her attention to details, financial knowledge, and outstanding customer service to all our needs and requests was exceptional! We simply could not have done it without Jeana's support and assistance.   Jeana Manolescu North Utica americu For over at least 15 years myself and my family have had the pleasure going thru Jeana. She's been absolutely amazing to us and we 100% have never had someone that goes out of the way to help us. I would highly recommend seeing her whenever you can. Thank you Jeana for all you have done for us and Americu thru all these years. Your are very much appreciated.

  I hate this branch of AmeriCU more than words can say. A while back I made a cash deposit and they shorted me $100.00. Do you think they did anything to fix that? Nope! My loss bank gets to keep my money because their draw “Wasn’t over” my daughter was right with me when I made the deposit and knows what I put in. But bank says I was wrong. Tonight trying to deposit two checks. Lady said use the ATM. Well the ATM won’t read the checks. Lady again says use ATM. Well dumb lady it doesn’t work! This is the rudest branch of all the AmeriCu locations and where you relocated the branch is absolutely stupid! No parking. I hate this damn bank!

  This review is for Jeanna Manolescu at north utica americu. Jeanna has been the most competent advisor i have ever worked with in over 40 years i have been with americu...i consider her an expert at her job...I have complete confidence in what she tells me on my many transactions. When she tells you how to proceed on your banking transactions they always come out as i expect them to be. The emails and phone calls are always prompt and the advice she provides are spot on. I have referred relatives and others to americu based on how she interacted with me. Have gotten many thanks to me on my advice to bank at americu. She is easy to talk to, friendly, knows her job, and she is a huge asset to Americu. I give her 5 stars...Mike Romano
