And I also just don't like it and have a certain way of doing things. I was also completely fine and aware of the fact I had to wait of the physical teller. I wish the location on herkimer road would understand this and also understand that some people may just want to do things a specific way.

The number of times I made a purchase only to have it come out of my account weeks later and run me a ridiculous overdraft fee is at this point laughable. The customer service is a joke and it’s almost as if they have no consideration for their clients. They used to be good. Now, after about 15 years, I think it’s time to find a new financial institution.
