Berkly and her staff were always affored us, me, a great deal of courtesy and assistance. I moved to Valley Falls 5 years ago and believe that we, I, have had nothing but excellent treatment and help from every person and manager that has been there. As an aside, 10 months ago the manager was Dalton..his assistant was a female whose name also was not William. This branch is and always has been 5 star. I cannot speak to the ATM issue; I have nwver had a problem wirh it. I do know their maintainence people are there for the slighest issue. Even they are always quite polite. I digress.. Excellent people, awesome service and great location.
