I went to open up a business bank account at this local branch when I moved into town, since it was down the street. Boy, was that one visit the worst mistake of my life. The branch manager Mark Randall opened a checking account for my business. KEYBANK not only incorrectly closed my bank account due to “fraud?” - But the furnished negative information on my Banking and EWS Reports. Now I can’t even open a bank account ANYWHERE. Personal or Business. After they closed my account, I tried to rectify it with Mark and got no response. I have already filed a complaint with the New York Department of Financial Services, CFPB, and BBB
