- ACAg CavJun 10, 20241.0Had a meeting set up to move over our entire portfolio, the agent called in sick that day and didn’t bother to call us. Came in for our appointment no details were left, we were then directed to the branch manager who couldn’t care less whether or not they would get our business. Too bad for them because Chase bank across the street was very welcoming and happy to manage our portfolio. Poor customer service that trickles down from the branch manager.
