Went to cash my check and they asked for a second form of ID which I had never been asked for before and then proceeded to tell me that its for anything over $500 dollars which is not true as my check is always $600-$750 depending on overtime. It was an employee I had never personally had do the transaction before but she went to one of the ladies that always cashes my check with out a second form of ID and Leah (key bank employee) told her that my check is never over $500 and that's why she cashes my check. I was absolutely flabbergasted. It would have been fine to say thats a new policy but to down right just lie its an absolute put off. I will be banking else where moving forward.
