- CCCalMar 16, 20255.0The teller Lyndsay is very friendly and personable. I had a great experience getting an account set up with Jordan for my grandmother as her POA. Everyone was so kind and helpful to me as I’m going through a difficult time. Only complaint is they can’t print a debit card on site like many other banks/credit unions. I’m happy making payments with checks, better for documentation anyways.
- JBJerry BurlingameMay 26, 20211.0the place is friendly for most part , how ever the banking system they have in place is flawed , I can have my paycheck deposited on a friday use my debit card over the weekend and by the time monday or tuesday comes I will have a negative balance. mind you I get paid roughly 1000 dollars weekly , and spend maybe 600 over the course of the weekend on Bill's and various other normal life things. but again by the time monday or tuesday comes the banking app will say I have a negative available balance. when I should have roughly 2-300 remaining , their hidden fees and messed up app needs serious over haul , I will be switching to a new bank soon bn if this does not stop
