- ARAustin RSep 18, 20251.0Terrible business hours, only open when most normal people are at work. Very slow at the counter, and employees standing around doing nothing. Stood in line for 10 minutes, 7 people in line and it didnt move at all. Employees were sitting around doing nothing. Would not recommend. Ridiculous overdraft fees, charges $28 instead of pulling from another account like some other banks. Interest benefits from a regular savings account are basically nothing, even with thousands in the account. Ill be looking for a different bank soon.

Constant card troubles, doesn't link or work properly with most modern payment apps, 30min + wait times for member services on the phone, and my pin doesn't work on those hideous blue kiosk machines. Hours of operation are only when I work, which means banking is an absolute pain. Go somewhere else. I might just have to settle for a big bank while I live here.
