I have had issues depositing, cashing, adding people on to accounts, and more. Every time they give you zero respect and zero courtesy. I’m surprised people still use this bank. I’ve begun moving everything to new accounts in other banks. Good riddance.

Spent 40 min on the phone (they dont offer mortgage statements online like I am in the 80's) was told they can email to a branch only. So drive to my local branch, which is awful as usual. Tellers look clueless and offer zero assistance, and genuinely get upset when they must stop chatting with each other to assist you. Must wait for a banker. Sat there some 15 min while he was trying to help an elderly couple change their pin. No one bothered to ask what I needed or even stopped by to say "just a few more minutes", or even look up at me. So left....spent some 75 minutes to just get a statement printed and walked out empty handed. What a ridiculous branch. No one cares, no manager no tellers give a crap about you or your business (The minimum wage workers at McDonald's, will help you faster)
