- SSSimple simpleJun 5, 20234.0이 은행에 아들의 은행 계좌가 있었는데 다른 주의 학교로 입학하게 되어 아들과 함께 방문했다. 계좌를 닫고 잔액을 현금으로 받는 일을 했는데 신속하고 친절하게 일이 처리가 되었다. 단 신분증을 확인하고 즉시 돌려주지 않고 우리가 은행밖으로 나가려고 할때 신분증을 돌려주기 위해 황급히 우리를 따라 나와서 미안하다고 사과하고 신분증을 돌려주었다. 태도는 정중했고 우리는 전혀 기분이 상하지 않았다.
