Despite my long-standing relationship with this bank, I was treated like a complete outsider. The assistant manager, Matthew Shapiro, displayed an attitude that was unprofessional and dismissive. Rather than being greeted with respect and care, I was met with a lack of courtesy and a clear disregard for customer service. For a customer who has entrusted this branch with years of banking and business, this behavior was insulting and unacceptable. The most frustrating part is that TD Bank advertises itself as being “America’s Most Convenient Bank,” yet when I needed professional support, this branch failed to live up to even basic standards of service. A good assistant manager should be approachable, knowledgeable, and customer-focused. Instead, I walked away feeling disrespected and undervalued. If you are considering this location, be aware that you may not receive the professionalism or courtesy you deserve. After years of loyalty, I am honestly questioning why I continue to do business
