  Me and my family have been with TD for years…much to my objection, but that’s a separate conversation. I needed to make a withdrawal at the ATM because the bank tellers are all miserable. So I wait behind 2 cars and of course when my turn comes the machine is down!!! The bank was open until 6PM so unfortunately The inside ATM was down as well so I had to go to the Teller. I walk up so hello, no response from her, she continued to play with her keychain until after 10 seconds I say “withdrawal please” Her: “how do you want the Bills” I respond… she hands me the money: “Here ya go” no Thank you or anything. If you hate your Job so much then quit!!! I will be talking to my wife about changing banks and I will do the task of switching everything from them!!!

  No one is friendly and the representatives should know better when you sit in front of them asking you questions and not being discreet about it. No NEED to be so loud and unprofessional. The TD Bank on Huguenot Avenue Is The Best.

  I went to this bank because my credit union has an account. As of now I will not do business with this bank and encourage anyone who want, likes, or requests new money don’t come here. I asked for new bill and the employee gave me old money. I do not want nor do I like old money. My preference. When I asked him to please give me new bill Ha did not have any, which I know is a bunch of bull!!!! Worked in the banking field. Took the old bills went to Bank of America they replaced with all new bills and did not take 10 minutes to do it like the less than smart man who gave me old money.

  Worse bank in NYC. The employees do not know the rules and regulation and end paying fees that you don’t know about
