  Did not like the way I was not addressed and further had to address their employee who seemed confused by a simple transaction and told to wait when there was two employees for a line of a few people and only one of them was helping customers. Employee acted like he had no idea why I was there and needs way better customer service skills and skills in regards to how to address customers and simply handle a line. These are skills learned easily in basic retail jobs. Not sure how he got this position. When the customer in front of me was gone, he just looked down at his computer and then stared at me with a blank face even after I addressed him he did not say a word until I explained why I was there. He sounded confused after this. He looked like he had no idea why he was even there or what job he was there doing. I’ve never had to review another branch before

  Absolutely horrible experience!! I should have looked at the reviews prior to going to this bank. Branch manager absolutely disrespectful. I already have 2 accounts and trying to start another account and was treated like a criminal. I gave them all the information they asked for and still not enough. They wanted even more information that had nothing to do with opening an account for whatever reason. I already had two accounts with them! The staff at this bank needs to be re-trained in customer satisfaction. Its obvious based on the other reviews I'm reading.

  Wow, the staff that works here is extremely rude and does not know how to treat the customers. The woman tellers have the worst attitude. Never again with this bank.

  Says they open till 7pm but I am here and they closed. This is the worst bank. Closing all accounts and going back to chase. Grass was not greener.
