  Today I experienced terrible customer service from the bank tellers Dana,which is surprising as she's been helpful over the phone with regards to my lost card. I have come in there for the last three days to withdraw money with another bank teller without giving my last social. Today i gave my ID to dana and she asked me for my last social. I looked at her confused as I said before ive been there for the last 3 days so that wasn't a thing. She looked at me and jerked her head to the right and immediately forgot all sense of customer service. I asked her to calm down because it was never serious I just looked in confusion. She proceeded to say well I asked you Mind you I'm the only person in the branch and she could hear me because she was able to articulate me saying I never got asked that before. I like coming to that branch but customer service was invalid today. She looked to already be in a bad mood but personal feelings don't belong in a space where you are handling people's money.

  I’m going to rate it 2 stars only because you have to wait for a new card in the mall after lost stolen etc. There should be cards available at branch

  If i could give 0 stars i would have. Always have horrible attitude n encourage me to go elsewhere. Do urself a favor if u wanna avoid a headache go to another bank. I cannot access my money for over a week. My brother bank had access in 2 hours. Then im told i can only access a certain amount after waiting 5 business days. Ridiculous n their attitudes at Rosebank branch are just the cherry on top. HORRIBLE

  I was helped with an urgent matter despite not being a client of Northfield Bank. When another Northfield branch could not address my issue, it connected me with this branch. Mary Gardner, VP branch manager, was very generous with her time, thoughtful and professional. If I did not already have a long personal relationship with another bank, I would immediately become a client here.
