  Once again you would think after either firing or transferring the last branch manager considering what a nightmare she was there would be a change in the drama culture. I guess not .I go to the ATM outside the bank to make a transaction trying to avoid going inside the bank.I realized I needed change of 100. I go into the bank to get change the teller instead of asking me what i needed to do.She tells me to wait she has 3 transactions to do ok so i wait .All i needed was change.I notice a new bank manager .I'm guessing that's good news .Low and behold the drama queen service lady goes right into the new managers office and I could see she's giving him a ear full of BS and he's looking at me across the bank after God knows what she told him about me in regards to the last Drama episode with the cops.So i looked at the guy and nodded no no shes pulling in the trap .You would think the upper management after last episode they would retrain there staff and send them to a customer courtesy class instead the drama continues. Northfield get yourselves together your ratings on all your branches are horrible. Wake up call don't you think. The song remains the same at Northfield Sad .

  Just here to mention the fabulous work of Donna at this branch. She was so helpful. So kind. So thorough. She made everything seem easy. You guys have a gem! Hope you treat her as such!
