  Once again you would think after either firing or transferring the last branch manager considering what a nightmare she was there would be a change in the drama culture. I guess not .I go to the ATM outside the bank to make a transaction trying to avoid going inside the bank.I realized I needed change of 100. I go into the bank to get change the teller instead of asking me what i needed to do.She tells me to wait she has 3 transactions to do ok so i wait .All i needed was change.I notice a new bank manager .I'm guessing that's good news .Low and behold the drama queen service lady goes right into the new managers office and I could see she's giving him a ear full of BS and he's looking at me across the bank after God knows what she told him about me in regards to the last Drama episode with the cops.So i looked at the guy and nodded no no shes pulling in the trap .You would think the upper management after last episode they would retrain there staff and send them to a customer courtesy class instead the drama continues. Northfield get yourselves together your ratings on all your branches are horrible. Wake up call don't you think. The song remains the same at Northfield Sad .

  Just here to mention the fabulous work of Donna at this branch. She was so helpful. So kind. So thorough. She made everything seem easy. You guys have a gem! Hope you treat her as such!

  Wow wasn't this a day to remember. I've had accounts with this bank for several years myself and with my family members managed my accounts.The Manager Dagmar Reis is a Power Hungry disrespectful unprofessional called the cops on me nightmare.Very Toxic . I made a typo error in paying the Dept of Finance for parking tickets I wanted to stop the payment so it wouldn't go through so i could pay the correct amount she refused. Me asking?What if I bring the balance below the amount or close it to protect myself only making an inquiry in regards to stopping it .She said no you can't close your account. Why ? It's my money .She says I'll close your account minus the error amount was 950.00 plus .She says you have been aggravation every time you come in here Wow talk about Bank Appreciation to make your deposits .The Woman is obviously lacking something in her life hence reflects on her job proformance. I had to call the police to get my money in cash instead of a bank check. Last thing i needed was to wait for that check to clear more days wasted .Waited for the police 1 1/2 hours to show up .The bank woman is very disrespectful, Power hungry, Frustrated unprofessional and the bank needs to reevaluate her position of let her go or discipline taken something .After following a Wonderful group of people for years from other banks to this bank now I'll be shutting down my 2 other accounts great job Dagmar M Reis .You should be ashamed of yourself and your gossip column environment you have created in the branch..although, Steve and two other woman tellers are very nice but the other two are apart of your drama queen environment.Disgrace .New Bank here I come so many to choose from .After 35 years of banking Dagmar Dogged me .If I Could give no star i would .And your other ratings are horrible.Btw I video taped it all knowing was a liar and trouble maker she is KAREN IN THE BANK.
