  I have never been so belittled and humiliated like the way they made me feel. I was only trying to cash my checks that were originally from an account in that bank. I wasn't offered the opportunity to open an account there. The teller had an attitude she didn't acknowledge me in any way and was trying to bypass me to take care of another person who was behind me. Then, I was given more of an attitude because I didn't have 2 pieces of photo ID. Then the manager holy crap wow, I honestly will never recommend anyone to go to this branch. In all reality, you should never judge a book by its cover because you don't know what that person might be going through. I was having a bad day already, and after going there, it's not a good experience that anyone should have to go through. Being told in a bank that the checks were cashed out of courtesy, but they are not obligated to cash them and was also instructed that fo4 future cashing my bank was further down and they would cash my checks for me without a problem. This branch really needs a reality check, and they all need to take the customer service training.
