Initially and finally I was helped by Nicole and her manager Wanda who are incredible and made the process of handling my late grandmother's accounts simple and fast however I also had the misfortune of working with the lazy and/or incompetent John. I was told by him to drive back and forth from the branch to my home in New Jersey for my social security card just to be told the second time I arrived that the beneficiaries all had to be together to process the accounts which Wanda and Nicole correctly told me beforehand wasn't the case, the checks could have been cut that very same day. Again, the rest of the staff if great but the experience was soured by John.
