I’d like to share some feedback about my experience at this branch. The customer service could really use some improvement, especially at the drive-through.
During my recent visit, I noticed that several staff members seemed disengaged and weren’t very welcoming. One particular instance stood out – a lady with blonde hair actually rolled her eyes while assisting me, which was quite off-putting and unprofessional.
That said, I have encountered one or two tellers who were genuinely friendly and provided excellent service, so I know the branch is capable of better.
I think customer-facing positions require people who have patience and enjoy working with the public. If someone isn’t suited for that type of role, it might be worth reconsidering their placement. Overall, more consistent training and attention to customer service would make a big difference at this location.

Terrible bank they close your debit card without even informing you. It's your money and you can't use it. You find out when your transactions are declined

DO NOT waste your time with this bank. I opened an account as an employee and I tell you it’s the worst bank account I’ve ever had! Job problems aside (which is a whole other issue). Technology is sooooo far behind. Customer service is a default 15-20 mins to fix the SMALLEST of problems. I beg you to bank with a bigger bank; Chase or even TD. They lock you out of your online banking and if the branch is closed you cannot get any one to help! I had to call multiple times to reset my online banking and by the 3rd phone call and the 3rd DIFFERENT rep they tell me that my account was closed WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE! The customer service reps will direct you to a branch to help half the time. What’s the point of customer service? I promise you DO NOT BANK HERE!
