In particular, there's a younger woman—she wears glasses and has a visible tattoo on her hand—who has been especially unprofessional during my visits. She is often rude and mumbles to the point where I cannot understand a word she's saying. Most recently, instead of greeting me or acknowledging me politely, she simply waved her hand for me to approach the desk, which felt dismissive and disrespectful. I hope management can address these concerns and provide additional training to ensure all customers are treated with courtesy and respect.
