- KFkelly finnOct 2, 20251.0First I had an appointment for a notary at 1:45, the notary took lunch fully aware of our appointment. We showed up 10 minutes early by the way. The notary walked out at 2:05 got an internal phone saying we were waiting, she goes oh that must be my 1:45, why would you agree to an appointment if you’re going to take lunch. Then to wait on line cause apparently only one teller was working, to have a woman cut the whole line cause she was a “business customer”, she was dropping of a deposit not as a business owner & to make matters worse the window that is reserved for “business only” was not make or any indications that it was a business only window. I’ve never seen a group of people so confused in their role as bank employees. STAY AWAY FROM THE WOODROW FLAGSTAR IN STATEN ISLAND!!!
