- LCLu CohamNov 16, 20241.0Since Flagstar took over, their in person service is terrible, if you can even get service. The banks are closed when the signs on the door clearly show they should be open.No notice, no sign explaining why they are closed. If I need to travel far to do my banking instead of having access to the bank closest to my house when I need it then I should just switch to another bank. At least I know what I’m getting into and am not inconvenienced every time I need to handle my banking business. They should know that people need to WORK in order to have money to put in a bank account. So cutting back on the hours you close are not helping anyone who WORKS and cannot do morning or afternoon banking. What ever happened to staying open until 5pm or having specific branches staying open til 7pm on certain days? They even had a bank open on a Sunday. You can force everyone to do electronic banking. Somethings need to be done in person.
