- ILIvy LauNov 6, 20241.0I guess because this isn't my home branch, I was treated very poorly. I went to get a notary a couple weeks ago. I understand it is protocol to ask whether or not I have an account with this bank. To which I do, but when prompted to ask, the lady asked me in a very condescending and rude demeanor. After saying yes, she also took my ID to input into the computer. Only then, did she help me. It would be nice if I wasn't judged for my age, how I looked or dressed.
