- MTMyan TaveDec 19, 20251.0Went to this Citibank 11/26 and made a cash deposit. The deposit never reflected onto my account. Citibank awarded me with provisional credit. But then took it back. Now I’m waiting to see what will happen. Has this happened to anyone at this drive up atm? I really feel robbed. Worse banking experience ever. I’m lost right now I don’t know what to do.

It's IMPOSSIBLE to get through to a real person on this continent without going into the branch. You call the local branch number, and two rings later, you're transferred to the customer service center in the Philippines. I'm convinced this bank would be out of business if it didn't receive favorable government treatment.
