  Worst bank and customer service ever. This location is completely useless, they can’t do anything besides deposits and withdrawals. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

  No stars ! Do not invest your money here . They messed up my interest rate on a Promotional savings account and finally fixed it after 2 weeks . The kicker is the letter i received a few days later in the mail after this was resolved stating my accounts were going to be closed without an explanation as to why . Ive been with Citibank for over 35 years and this is how they treat you . Scott who was my financial adviser never returns calls promptly and seems overwhelmed . I went in and spoke with the branch manager Madalina about the letter I received and she had no answers for me except that I should go to another bank to open up a new bank account . Poor customer service skills on her part . After looking at the other Google Reviews I can see that im not the only one who has experienced this type of poor customer service . Im talking about the Citibank located at 1492 Hylan Blvd. in Staten Island.

  Worst citi bank branch, They do not respect the line , and choose them costumers and when I asked the manager there with she said they have appointment before but she is layer because I asked them and manager there asked them for last name , it wasn't match and we wait over 1 about then she come us and say apologize you don't have appointment, she is very bad service , I don't know how they leaved her in manager position

  Terrible branch.for 2 weeks nobody picks up phone .when tou come to schedule an appointment nobody comes to you
